While the interiors are warm and elegant with a crackling fire and the dining room wall allowing you a peek into the kitchen’s soul, the unforgettable experience is dining on the terrace. The sound of waves breaking in the not too distant Atlantic Ocean, with abundant greenery as a side attraction, completes the blissful atmosphere.
From the breakfast menu that covers a seasonal continental buffet and an A’la Carte option with a twist, to lunches that are kept light and current. Or, why not enjoy a picnic under the shade of one of our tree’s.
Unpretentious dishes grace the dinner menu, with modern touches to the classics. The tender signature Chalmar Beef Fillet is the ever popular dish – either cooked on the grill, or over open fire during the summer months.
Organic home grown herbs, vegetables and micro herbs clearly features as an ingredient or garnish throughout.
