Carl has been with Village & Life for 3 years. He was born in Cape Town and attended school in Muizenberg at Muizenberg High School. After School, he achieved his National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and then joined the Village & Life Group. He loves fast cars and playing the trumpet. He’s very involved in choir and orchestra and teaching young children to play instruments |

The Mouille Point Village has it's very own faithful handyman, Ismail, who is always ready to lend a helping hand. Ismail has been working at Mouille Point Village since 2007 and has had five years service at Village & Life. Ismail is married, lives in Mitchells Plein. |

Ester grew up just outside cape town, between Malmesbury and Paarl. She matriculated at Paarl Gimnasium. Thereafter, she studied Educare at the University of Stellenbosch, before going overseas and working in London for
2 years. Upon her return, she studied Tourism Management, and subsequently started working for Village and Life, and has been with the company for 2 years. She is an outdoor person and does a lot of sport including martial arts and love doing long walks with her dog on Blouberg beach. |
